Having tired of the pursuit of the golden mean and other cold geometries of modern architecture, the measurements and proportions for "Yeah, But Can She Type?" were taken directly from the artist's body. "Yeah, But Can She Type?" is an experiment in applying human figure and posture to furniture. The double cabinet replaces a head and torso, and at hip level, the angle of the cabinet bends and straightens into the legs. The windows in the front and back of the cabinet contain two different skewed patterns, which overlay to create a rick-rack spinal column graphic.
